In order to fix the problem, I recommend you download the latest webcam files from the official web page. Select your operating system and download the files. After that, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Imaging devices list, right-click on the webcam driver and select Update Driver Software. Use the Browse option to navigate to the downloaded package, select the driver and install it following the on-screen instructions. After that, update ArcSoft WebCam Companion to the latest version.

Also, it's a good idea to perform a fresh installation of the ArcSoft WebCam Companion program, or to update it to the latest version. After you freshly installed the program, open it and go under Settings > Video > Video Device (click on Refresh device) and select your webcam. From there click OK and the live stream from your camera should appear on the monitor.
